Code map: sections 41, 48 to 53 and 457 to 458. Use section 50 when adopting or updating an IRP; maintain the adoption record and later written amendments. Separate a local rule of order from a requirement imposed by statute. The presiding officer’s tie-breaking rule is in section 49. Quorum and the affirmative vote required for a particular measure are separate questions.
