Regular and special sessions
Code map: section 52. Identify who may call a special session and retain proof of written notice stating its date, time and purpose, served at least 24 hours beforehand. Business beyond the stated purpose requires the statutory two-thirds vote of members present, with a quorum. A local agenda-submission cutoff does not replace special-session notice. Retain notice, service evidence, agenda, roll and vote record together.
