Disclosure conflicts and discipline
Code map: sections 50 and 51. Obtain the conflict disclosures required by the Code and distinguish disclosure, abstention and vote-count questions. Record the factual basis, notice, response and required votes for disciplinary action. Section 50(b)(5) specifically fixes at least two-thirds of all members for suspension or expulsion. Do not derive an authority for a monetary fine or a different suspension period solely from a local IRP statement.
