Local accountability and recall
Code map: sections 60 to 75. Separate administrative complaints, preventive suspension, disciplinary sanctions and recall; they have different decision makers and procedures. RA 9244 amended sections 70 and 71 and removed the preparatory recall assembly route. Use the petition procedure and thresholds in the amending enactment and applicable COMELEC rules, rather than the original 1991 recall text.
