All pending procurement of 2026 BSKE-related forms and supplies be completed including their delivery, subject to the measures to be undertaken pursuant to the Minute Resolution referred to in MEMORANDUM NO. 261210 (Ref. No. 0836-26) of the Office of the Secretary to the Commission; 5. All forms, supplies and other election paraphernalia printed and/or procured by reason of the 2026 BSKE be secured, properly stored and preserved for future use; and 6. The registration of voters for purposes of the 2028 NLE be continued starting on the second week of November 2026.
